Add Gabriel Arazas to Contributors list

Hello! First time contributing other than my own 😁. I've also fixed something along the way like some contributors left a whitespace between the text and the link part (is that intentional?).

Also, added a new language translation which is in Tagalog.

Let me know if there's any steps required for this to be added.
