There were multiple Readme files that had the "Additional material" and "Tutorials Using Other Tools" sections with incorrect links, these links redirected to files that did not exist or were removed, with this commit, this problem is solved. These problems described in an issue specifically Resolves #26600
Also my name was added as a contributor.
