you can specify the target (hostnameOnly must be true) as an array of
this sort:
[<port:integer>, <host:string>]
this pull request is my attempt at the solution proposed by @jimisaacs in this issue
this is not a definitive work, I still need some advice on how to do things in node-http-proxy.
