New driver support (version 450.102.04)

Please provide details about your environment (please complete the following information)

  • Nvidia driver version: [450.102.04
  • GPU Model: GTX 1080
  • OS: Linux Mint 20 (based on Ubuntu 20.04)

I manually edited patch.sh and copied the line for 450.80.02 and changed the version to 450.102.04 and tested with three hardware transcodes and it works. I'm not great at submitting pull requests so thought i'd log the version request but let you know that the existing patch works if you change the version number.
