New driver support (version 511.65)

  • Nvidia driver version: 511.65 (Studio Driver)
  • GPU Model: GTX 1050 Ti / RTX3080
  • OS: Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • I'm willing to participate in testing of new patch version

I see the later 511.79 is supported now, however for Plex the studio driver is a bit more stable for transcoding purposes and would like support for that.
