Purpose of proposed changes
Related to #107 (closed).
Some versions of Nvidia Driver are distributed only in bundle with CUDA Toolkit. But now it is known such versions are often distributed as preinstalled SW. For this reason it is reasonable to track CUDA Toolkit releases in order to get notified about new rare driver versions.

Introduced new driver channel for nv-driver-locator.
