Purpose of proposed changes
NVENC driver bytecode changed from 510.xx.xx linux driver. This PR fixes patch.sh to search for the correct bytecode, and replace the artificial limit similarly as done before.
Essential steps taken
Tested the NVENC artificial session limit is removed on 510.47.03 with this new patch
