Purpose of proposed changes
This adds support for 510.73.08 which is the latest in Ubuntu package repositories for nvidia-driver-510 https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/nvidia-driver-510
Essential steps taken
Copied same patch for 510.73.05 and updated version to 510.73.08.. Tested on fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04 and Quadro P1000
