MathJax <mi mathvariant=“double-struck”> Common HTML not displaying properly in iOS and Android mobile

Issue Summary

Converting our current MathJax rendering option from HTML-CSS to commonHTML is no longer rendering mathvariant="double-struck" characters in some instances.

Visit CodePen with iPhone 6 Chrome or Samsung Galaxy S5 Chome
