MathJax doesn't complete initialization in IE9 when in IE7 Standards mode

  1. Using IE9 Platform Preview 5, visit http://mathjax.org/demos/tex-samples/
  2. The TeX equations remain unprocessed

The IE notifies an error at around line 250 in MathJax.js. The cause is an assumption about the behavior of eval under IE. The assumption is now invalid for IE9 in IE7 mode.
