Import MathJax localization data from MathJax-i18n

New translations and several fixes are available here:

https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax-i18n/tree/master/JSON

We should sync the data before the next release.

  • Be sure to remove DoubleBackSlash and modify MathJax's code to use MissingCS correctly
  • Import/Translate new strings for the annotation menu.
  • Import/Translate new Strings for the font menu.
