Fix problem in CHTML with mmultiscripts that contain stretchy characters. #1480

Construct the script boxes in the DOM so that stretchy characters can use CHTMLnodeElement() to locate their associated DOM nodes properly. The boxes are moved into the correct places later. Resolves issue #1480 (closed).
