@dpvc This only generate the localization data from MathJax-i18n and so fixes some translation errors and adds the Brazilian and qqq translations (just like en, perhaps the later is not needed by MathJax but it does not harm to have it for now). Let's merge that, that will make easier to work on other localization issues. We'll do other updates later.
