Allow to set the tab ratio and default to 600

Open Christian Schürer-Waldheim requested to merge github/fork/mquadrat-software/feature_set_tab_ratio into master

This pull request adds the possiblity to set the tab ratio (e.g. $writer->setTabRatio(800);).

Additionally, the default value is updated to match Excels default value.
