This is a scoped down version of the Overlay interface guidelines #167. We decided that these guidelines are best suited as component specific compared to a general pattern overview. After Dialog, we'll tackle other Overlay related ActionMenu, SelectPanel, SelectMenu and update Autocomplete interface guidelines which will cover the specifics of those components.
