docs/index.md and README.md are almost identical, except for some paths and the metadata table on top of the file. Use absolute paths to the website to avoid breaking links, and symlink README.md.

README.md changes as follows:
- Links in the README that uses to point to the documentation folder now point to the website.
- A table is visible on top of the file.
