Problem:

While preparing an update for Rails 5 compatibility,
@BenMorganIO discovered that Fuubar is not compatible with RSpec 3.5.
We are unable to support Rails 5 with Fuubar in our project.

Solution:

Since Fuubar is not user-facing
and only provides aesthetic value,
remove the Fuubar gem and associated configuration.
