The new "How to" section is not yet linked from the sidebar navigation in the documentation site. This PR:
- Adds the link.
- Renames the section "Guides", as proposed by @nickcharlton at https://github.com/thoughtbot/administrate/issues/1778
- Moves our one guide so far into its own page, as I expect that new guides will be long enough to warrant their own pages.
