Total headcount (6) is based on full time developers, including myself, @sgress454, @rachaelshaw, @particlebanana, @KallunaLovegood. @cwyrtzen is getting her hands in lots of new things now, but since she hasn't done any full-on coding for clients yet, I didn't include her in the count We also have other part-time developers who are dudes, so I aggregated them with a 0.5 weight in the sum to be fair.
