Counting just "Development Engineering" whose primary responsibility is product code.
Not counting all the other engineers in Build, QA and Support. Perforce is atypical in that our Build, QA, and Support roles are mostly filled with engineers: just about everyone here codes. But those other roles' primary responsibilities are testing or helping our customers, not product code. Including these other roles does not greatly alter the women software engineer ratio.
