Bootstrap 3 with respond.js and html5shiv.js still not working on actualy IE8 (v8.0.7600.16385 64-bit Edition)

Hello! The http://getbootstrap.com/ looking good in my IE8 (v8.0.7600.16385 64-bit Edition)! But! When I open the Bootstrap example page (from downloaded library - bootstrap-3.0.0\examples\navbar-static-top\index.html). - content shown as if it was run on a mobile device!

I made a few projects using TWBS-3 and all have the same problem. For example you can see - http://greenwhite.dst.uz/

Could you Please, help me to resolve this problem! In extremaly case, maybe there is a way to switch off the responsive behaviour for IE8?
