Customizer's minified CSS has linebreaks

If you use http://getbootstrap.com/customize/ to create a custom bootstrap it looks like the minified versions are not fully minified. If you open them in notepad they appear to be but if you open them in something like vim there are line returns after each selector. I rectified this by simply doing a ':%s/\n//g'. I believe these line returns should not exist though, right?
