Split button dropdowns issue

I use Responsive Table working with Split button dropdowns:

When view on small resolution, my page display like this:

There are 2 issue with dropdown button in this case:

• DropDown menu display to right when view on small <- that makes table width become bigger.
• We can not choose option below scroll.

So, we need:

• A class that allow DropDown menu display to right when view on small
• Using table responsive should be better than guide in docs
