Text below circles in Dashboard example poorly aligned

In the dashboard example, the images on top of the page fail to load in Internet Explorer, and in every browser, the text below those circles aren't aligned good.

Additionaly, carousel images in the documentation and examples aren't loaded either: http://getbootstrap.com/examples/carousel/, http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#carousel
