Tooltip/popover auto placement bug

Hi,

The auto placement works great, however i found a bug where the auto placement wouldn't place my popover anywhere else except for the right.

This is how i have managed to fix it.

line 1183 was previously

var $parent = this.$element.parent();

which is changed to

var $parent = this.options.container ? $(this.options.container) : this.$element.parent();

Because it was always the element parent, the placement calculation

"pos.left  - actualWidth < parentLeft"

or whichever position was always returning "true" and pushing it to the right.

Now it is fixed!
