Modal overlay is above scrollbar

Go to http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#modals and click "Launch modal" - make sure to resize your browser window before so it's small enough that a scrollbar is necessary when showing the modal. When not using a mousewheel this makes it impossible to scroll the modal down because when trying to click the scrollbar you actually click the overlay which closes the modal. Using Chrome 38 on Ubuntu 12.04
