Holder.js causing responsiveness problem on JS docs page

Created by: szchenghuang

I noticed the page following this link http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/ can not be shrunk properly while its width is reduced. It seems to be the SVG object placed as the last child of body causing this issue. I looked into the source a bit and found Holder.Js is used to rendered that image.

Below is how it is rendered with my Firefox browser:

<svg  width="900" height="500" viewBox="0 0 900 500" preserveAspectRatio="none" style="visibility: hidden; position: absolute; top: -100%; left: -100%;">
    <defs></defs>
    <text style="font-weight:bold;font-size:42pt;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, Open Sans, sans-serif;dominant-baseline:middle" y="42" x="0">900x500</text>
</svg>

I don't know what purpose it serves, but according its description it creates a box taking up the same space as visible and placed in accordance with body. I assume that this differs from its initial intention.

Reporting this issue since this makes the page to be not responsive.
