'a {' should not have color if it is not link

<a>Something</a> should not have color since it is not link <a href="something">Something</a> should have color @link-color

Please add style for a:link not a since it is different - user see underline and color but can not click in such empty links - it wrong assumption that must always point something.

Replace this code bootstrap/less/scaffolding.less:

// Links

a {
  color: @link-color;
  text-decoration: none;

  &:hover,
  &:focus {
    color: @link-hover-color;
    text-decoration: @link-hover-decoration;
  }

  &:focus {
    .tab-focus();
  }
}

With:

// Links

a {
  color: inherit;
  text-decoration: none;

  &:link {
    color: @link-color;
    text-decoration: none;
  }
  &:hover,
  &:focus {
    color: @link-hover-color;
    text-decoration: @link-hover-decoration;
  }

  &:focus {
    .tab-focus();
  }
}

My code is not tested - not learned .less but I think it will lead you to solution :)
