Fixed sidebar scroll after loading in middle of page

On the Dashboard example (here is the link), there is a problem when landing on the page already scrolled in the middle.

Load the page, scrolled to the bottom. Refresh (you might land on the same level of scroll). Now, scroll up and down. The sidebar scrolls but it does not have to.
