custom-file-label internal border color

The left border of the Browse button becomes blue on focus, but it does not change to red in invalid state or green in valid state.

I think there might be something missing in form validation styles on custom file inputs, but I'd propose to just keep that "internal" border in original color (grey) for all states including focus. There's no need to change it, imo.
