Bootstrap's Safari Pinned Icon Not Displaying Properly

Bootstrap's safari-pinned-tab.svg icon is not displaying properly in Safari (see below) because the actual SVG is incorrect. For one thing, the viewBox should be 0 0 16 16 per Apple's guidelines.
