Mention all the various alignment options in documentation

Created by: Sire

There is a lot of confusion about alignment in bootstrap.

I suggest the page about vertical alignment also mention or link to all the other options for alignment. Especially since auto-margins usually work better now that Bootstrap 4 is flexbox by default.

At least add a link to auto-margins.

Even better, use some text from this excellent stack overflow post by Zim.

"There are many different approaches to vertical alignment using: auto-margins, flexbox utils, or the display utils along with vertical align utils. At first "vertical align utils" seems obvious but these only work with inline and table display elements. "

Thanks!
