Dynamic tabs nav-link color is inconsistent with regular tabs nav-link color

In the dynamic tabbed interfaces example on the docs site, the color of the text in the non-active tabs is black whereas the regular tabs example further up in the page is blue. This is due to using buttons in the dynamic tabbed example vs anchors in the regular tabs example.
