Tooltip bugs

Describe the issue

On main branch :

Tooltip loses its animation and some spacing (or maybe only its arrow) on copy button when clicked.

It's maybe related to #34519.

Reduced test cases

Switch to main branch, npm run start and go to Docs. Click a Copy button and here it is.
