ScrollSpy method refresh() not working as expected.

When using ScrollSpy in a SPA application after the initial call to ScrollSpy, when pages change (DOM change) the method refresh() should be called but its not working as expected because ScrollSpy won't go to its initial state. Workaround is to call dispose() and then again call new bootstrap.ScrollSpy.
