[Opera 11] tabs are not activating associated content (Regression)

Steps to reproduce
- Open http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/javascript.html#tabs in Opera 11
- Click on "Profile" tab
Expected
Content of tab to appear.
Actual
Content becomes and remains blank.
