Unify spelling of "JavaScript" in docs

In various places in the docs (most prominently in the nav bar) "JavaScript" is spelled "Javascript" or "javascript". This is inconsistent and does not look "professional".

I suggest that all of these are unified to "JavaScript" which seems to be the official or least most widely recognized spelling for "JavaScript", see for example http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JavaScript, http://jquery.org/, http://json.org/.
