Some interesting features for Bootstrap 3

Hello,

I'm not yet very familiar with GitHub, I hope I'm in the right form to suggest ideas. I don't know if you planned to implement these ideas, but I think it might be good things for the expected version 3 :

• Ability to create some rating bars, with a custom number of stars
• Password boxes that turns into classical input boxes while passing the mouse on it, or clicking on a button, etc
• Adding some animated loaders
• Adding a switch control, another way to display checkboxes.
