Carousel IE8, IE9 error

I am getting an error in IE. The transition.js file is included in my bootstrap.min.js file and the carousel element as the 'slide' class. The page error come back as "e.support.transition.end is null or not an object. You can see here: http://www.wedlakebell.com/
