Some browsers require a -webkit- prefix to the value (sticky) of the CSS position rule. Per the icanuse results, all Safari browsers need this prefix. I've confirmed this modification also resolves the rule's compatibility with the most recent iOS releases of Chrome (65), Firefox (10.6), and Edge (41.13).
