Remove firefox workaround for `::file-selector-button` margin

As per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1673895, this workaround shouldn't be necessary in FF83+.

TODO:

  • Remove workarounds for .form-control-sm & .form-control-lg
