This PR proposes to fixes the keyboard access to docs navigation for a11y purpose based on the previous code of 5.1.
- Go to https://twbs-bootstrap.netlify.app/docs/5.1/getting-started/introduction/
- Press "Tab" two times:
- Press "Enter"
Actual state: nothing happens because of the missing id Expected: follow the anchor link and continue to navigate
