Description
Introduced in https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/commit/9e17b2b34cdec9dce063bba09b01aa9a63e7dd94, this .focused class is never used anywhere in our docs or components, utilities, helpers, etc. At least I couldn't find anywhere where it could be used.
So this PR suggests dropping this style.
