Ref Pull Request #2777.
Same changes as the previous pull request, but with added unit tests.
The following tests are added:
- it should have indicator pills by default
- it should not add indicator pills when its deactivated
- it should add as many pills as there are items
- it should have navigateable indicator pills
Please let me know if anything is missing, or any other changes need to be made.
