Allow nesting of buttons in toggle button groups, by calling closest rather than parent.

The radio toggle behavior didn't work properly when buttons inside the button group were nested in containers such as divs or lists. This allowed for deselecting of buttons in a buttons-radio toggle group which breaks the way radio buttons work.
