In Boostrap documentation pages there is a structure similar to fieldset but implemented in div and not present in bootstrap code. This pull request include two simple rules to render fieldset in the same manner. I hope this could be useful to someone. This code has been tested on firefox, safari and chrome on mac and ie9 and chrome on windows (there are some problem with ie7 and ie8)
