Labels and badges have previously used vertical-align: middle; which works fairly well on most browsers. In Safari, it's pretty noticeably off. This PR changes them to use vertical-align: baseline; which should align the label and badge text to the parent text's baseline a lot better.

This has been tested in Safari 6.0.5, Chrome 28.0.1500.71, and Firefox 22.0 on Mac. No Windows testing,
