I started testing 2.0-wip today and noticed that the .navbar .brand hover state has the styling of pre-1.4 Bootstrap. I've updated the hover styling to be consistent with 1.4 (which I prefer anyways.) I have a feeling this was just because 2.0 was branched before 1.4 came out, so this change never made it in to 2.0.
