What is this Python project?

Parris is an automated infrastructure setup utility for training machine learning algorithms. With minimal boilerplate, an ML engineer/data scientist can launch a neural network training session on an AWS server stack via CloudFormation, with a single script invocation.

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

This utility is unique against other libraries in that the list does not include any open source tools specifically tailored toward machine learning practitioners for automating the server setup process and the execution of training jobs. The closest project in the list is SaltStack, which is an infrastructure automation and management system rather than an ML training job automation utility.
