What is this Python project?

PythonRobotics is a collection of robotics algorithms with Matplotlib visualizations. The majority of the algorithms are focused on autonomous navigation for mobile robots, and the code is intended to be easily readable to help users understand how the algorithm works.

Since I created a new section for this, I also added a link to rospy, which is the Python library for ROS (Robot Operating System). ROS is a robotics middleware used by many companies and universities to facilitate the development of robotic systems.

What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?

There was not a robotics section prior to this PR, and robotics is awesome. It deserves a place in awesome-python.
